The Style Guide

Maintaining a cohesive visual style and unified brand identity was crucial as Jake’s Guitars expanded its online footprint. The style guide played a pivotal role in aligning colors, buttons, icons, and overall designs across the website. Red and black were chosen as the main colors, with red strategically used for primary buttons to draw attention, while black was predominantly featured on pages like the lesson schedule for clarity and contrast.

Wireframes

Leveraging the style guide and best practices, we crafted an engaging, visually stunning, and brand-consistent lesson information page. This dynamic page showcased instructor bios and incorporated the established color scheme and fonts to elevate aesthetics and maintain coherence.

Users can effortlessly explore lesson types, each accompanied by a brief description and a “Learn more” button leading to detailed information. The design is bold yet simple, ensuring intuitive navigation. The high-fidelity wireframe included a sleek scheduling component, allowing users to select lesson times displayed beneath their chosen guitarist. This user journey seamlessly guides them through selecting their skill level, class, and preferred instructor, culminating in the frequency selection page.
